George E. Marzloff, Attorney

George Marzloff has practiced regularly in all Virginia state courts and the  U.S. Bankruptcy Court since 1979. He is a member of the bar of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the Courts of Appeal for the Second, Fourth and Fifth Circuits. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University Law School (Juris Doctor,1974) and the George Washington University National Law Center (Master of Laws (LL.M) , 1977).

His publications have appeared  in the Washington & Lee Law Review, the Journal of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Fredericksburg Area Bar Newsletter. He is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Virginia College of Criminal Defense Attorneys,  the Fredericksburg Area Bar Association, and has served as President of the Aquia Harbour Host Lions Club.

After five years of federal trial practice in Washington, D.C., he moved to Stafford in 1978 to begin a practice which is now devoted to those injured by the negligence of others, those accused of crimes, traffic offenses or other misconduct, and those entitled to debt relief.
